What are FAA/HIMS evals?

FAA and Human Intervention Motivation Study (HIMS) evaluations are crucial components of maintaining safety and professionalism in the aviation industry.

These specialized assessments are designed to evaluate the mental and physical health of pilots, air traffic controllers, and other aviation personnel, ensuring they meet the stringent standards required for flight readiness.
